All returns must be made within 15 days of the shipment date and be pre-approved by birdfeedersetc.com. At the time of the approval you will receive a Return Authorization number; this number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PRODUCT SENT BACK WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.

Product for return must be in their original condition and packaging and be in good resalable condition. Any product that appears to be used, or is not in its original packaging will not be accepted for return.

Any freight charges associated with a return of product, except for manufacturer defect, are the responsibility of the customer

What happens if I would like to return the product?

Your order number
Why you would like to return the product
Do you want credit for the product or would you like to exchange it for something else?
We will contact you with a Return Authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.

What happens if the product arrives defective?

Birdfeedersetc.com purchases only premium grade product from the best sources, however, if a defect is noted when you receive your product, or if it is damaged in shipping, please let us know right away.

What happens if there is a discrepancy with my order?

What happens if I just don’t like it when I get it?

Your satisfaction with our bird feeders and service is our number one priority! If you are anything less than completely satisfied with your selection and would like to return an item, please contact us within 15 days of purchase. We can offer you a credit towards another purchase or a refund of your full merchandise cost. Please contact us at our Customer Care Department by clicking on the “Contact Us” tab.
